At Donlii, we are committed to delivering high-quality equipment designed for reliable performance in demanding environments. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following policy outlines your rights regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return your product within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and components. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined or subject to partial refunds.
2. Return Process
To begin a return, contact our support team at donnyfredrickson@donlii.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Domestic U.S. customers may be eligible for a prepaid return label. After the product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear.
4. Exchanges
Items that arrive defective or damaged are eligible for exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a description of the issue. A replacement will be shipped once the claim is verified.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, modified, installed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Custom configurations and special-order items may also be non-returnable unless defective.
6. International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds do not include duties, taxes, or original shipping fees.
